command: whisper <player> <msg>
This command allows you to whisper a secret message to another player in
the same room. It uses no spell points. An example (if you are Guest):
You type:
> whisper joe Hi there, Joe!
Joe sees:
Guest whispers to you: Hi there, Joe!
Other people in the room see:
  Guest whispers something to Joe.
If you have the nameexp toggle set, you need only type as many letters of
the target player's name as distinguishes them from all the other players
and/or monsters in the room.
